- Multiple Accounts: Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent suspensions
2.2 Content Violations
- Piracy: Copying, distributing, or sharing copyrighted course content
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract Platform code or content
- Scraping: Using automated tools to extract data from the Platform
- Unauthorized Downloads: Downloading or recording course content for redistribution
- Redistribution: Republishing course materials on any other platform or medium
2.3 Technical Abuse
- Automation Abuse: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform
- Unauthorized API Access: Accessing Platform APIs without authorization
- Security Testing: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform
- Interference: Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's infrastructure
- Resource Abuse: Using excessive resources (CPU, storage, bandwidth) beyond normal usage
2.4 Academic Dishonesty
- Cheating: Using unauthorized materials, aids, or assistance during examinations
- Plagiarism: Submitting work that is not your own without proper attribution
- Exam Misconduct: Sharing exam questions or answers with others
- Contract Cheating: Having someone else complete your assessments
- AI Misuse: Using AI tools to generate answers during proctored examinations
2.5 Communication Violations
- Harassment: Bullying, threatening, or intimidating other users
- Hate Speech: Posting content that promotes discrimination or hatred
- Illegal Content: Sharing content that violates applicable laws
- Spam: Sending unsolicited messages or advertisements
- Phishing: Attempting to steal credentials through deceptive messages
2.6 Platform Abuse
- Deceptive Practices: Misrepresenting your identity or affiliations
- Fraud: Any fraudulent activity on the Platform
- Commercial Use: Using the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Data Harvesting: Collecting personal information of other users without consent
3. Content Standards
All content posted on the Platform must:
- Be accurate and not misleading
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Be appropriate for an educational environment
- Not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
4. Enforcement Actions
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning: A formal warning notice
- Content Removal: Removal of offending content
- Temporary Suspension: Suspension of account access for a specified period
- Permanent Ban: Permanent termination of account
- Certificate Revocation: Revocation of any certificates issued
- Legal Action: Referral to law enforcement for criminal violations
NOTE: The Company reserves the right to take any enforcement action it deems appropriate, with or without prior notice. The severity of the action depends on the nature and severity of the violation.
