Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and guidelines for using the Nyson Learning Academy Platform ("Platform"). All users — students, teachers, parents, mentors, evaluators, and administrators — must comply with this policy.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Account and Credential Violations

• Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with any third party
• Credential Sharing: Providing login details to bypass enrollment requirements
• Impersonation: Creating an account using someone else's identity
• Multiple Accounts: Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent suspensions

2.2 Content Violations

• Piracy: Copying, distributing, or sharing copyrighted course content
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract Platform code or content
• Scraping: Using automated tools to extract data from the Platform
• Unauthorized Downloads: Downloading or recording course content for redistribution
• Redistribution: Republishing course materials on any other platform or medium

2.3 Technical Abuse

• Automation Abuse: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform
• Unauthorized API Access: Accessing Platform APIs without authorization
• Security Testing: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform
• Interference: Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's infrastructure
• Resource Abuse: Using excessive resources (CPU, storage, bandwidth) beyond normal usage

2.4 Academic Dishonesty

• Cheating: Using unauthorized materials, aids, or assistance during examinations
• Plagiarism: Submitting work that is not your own without proper attribution
• Exam Misconduct: Sharing exam questions or answers with others
• Contract Cheating: Having someone else complete your assessments
• AI Misuse: Using AI tools to generate answers during proctored examinations

2.5 Communication Violations

• Harassment: Bullying, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Hate Speech: Posting content that promotes discrimination or hatred
• Illegal Content: Sharing content that violates applicable laws
• Spam: Sending unsolicited messages or advertisements
• Phishing: Attempting to steal credentials through deceptive messages

2.6 Platform Abuse

• Deceptive Practices: Misrepresenting your identity or affiliations
• Fraud: Any fraudulent activity on the Platform
• Commercial Use: Using the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Data Harvesting: Collecting personal information of other users without consent

3. Content Standards

All content posted on the Platform must:

• Be accurate and not misleading
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Be appropriate for an educational environment
• Not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code

4. Enforcement Actions

Violations of this policy may result in:

2. Content Removal: Removal of offending content
3. Temporary Suspension: Suspension of account access for a specified period
4. Permanent Ban: Permanent termination of account
5. Certificate Revocation: Revocation of any certificates issued
6. Legal Action: Referral to law enforcement for criminal violations
