Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nyson AI Connect Pvt Ltd ("Company"), all sales and payments are final. By making a purchase on the Nyson Learning Academy Platform ("Platform"), you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. No Refund Policy

2.1 Course Purchases

All course purchases are final and non-refundable, including:

• Individual course purchases
• Course bundles
• Learning programs
• Specialized training programs

2.2 Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are non-refundable, including:

• Institute subscriptions
• Teacher subscriptions
• School and college subscriptions
• Monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycles

2.3 Certification Fees

Fees paid for certifications are non-refundable, regardless of:

• Whether the certification exam was attempted
• The outcome of the certification exam
• Whether the certificate was issued

2.4 Partial Usage

No refunds will be issued for partial usage of:

• Courses started but not completed
• Subscriptions partially used
• Features partially accessed

2.5 Missed Classes

No refunds will be issued for:

• Missed live classes or scheduled sessions
• Failure to attend scheduled examinations
• Inability to access content due to personal circumstances

2.6 Technical Issues

No refunds will be issued for technical issues outside the Company's control, including but not limited to:

• Internet connectivity issues on the user's end
• Hardware or software limitations on the user's device
• Third-party service outages
• Browser compatibility issues

2.7 Account Suspension

No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to:

• Violation of the Terms of Service
• Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
• Academic dishonesty or misconduct
• Fraudulent activity

3. Subscription Cancellation

3.1 Cancellation by Users

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refund will be issued for the remaining period
• Access will be revoked at the end of the billing period

3.2 Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend subscriptions:

• For violation of any terms or policies
• For non-payment of fees
• At the Company's sole discretion with reasonable notice

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at the Company's sole discretion in the following extraordinary circumstances:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error in the payment system
• Course content not delivered as described (significant misrepresentation)
• Platform unavailability for an extended period (30+ consecutive days) due to Company-side issues

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, you must:

1. Contact us within 7 days of the charge at support_nyslearners@gmail.com
2. Provide details of the disputed transaction
3. Allow us up to 15 business days to investigate

Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
