1. Ownership of Content
All content available on the Nyson Learning Academy Platform ("Platform") is the exclusive property of Nyson AI Connect Pvt Ltd ("Company") or its licensors, unless otherwise explicitly stated. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Course materials, lessons, and curricula
- Videos, audio recordings, and live class content
- Notes, summaries, and revision materials
- Assessments, question banks, and test papers
- Images, diagrams, illustrations, and graphics
- Software, code, and interactive tools
- Website design, layout, and user interface elements
- Branding, logos, trademarks, and trade dress
- AI-generated content created through the Platform
2. Restrictions on Use
No user may, without prior written consent from the Company:
- Copy: Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content from the Platform
- Redistribute: Distribute, publish, or share content on any other platform or medium
- Record: Screen-record, audio-record, or video-record any live or recorded classes
- Download: Download course materials for offline use or redistribution
- Resell: Sell, lease, or sublicense access to course content
- Modify: Create derivative works based on Platform content
- Commercial Use: Use content for any commercial purpose
- Frame: Frame or embed Platform content on other websites
- Scrape: Use automated tools to extract content from the Platform
3. Protected Materials
3.1 Course Content
All course content — including lessons, assignments, exercises, projects, and assessments — is protected by copyright and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.
3.2 Notes and Study Materials
Notes, flashcards, revision materials, and study guides created by the Company or teachers using the Platform are protected intellectual property.
3.3 Assessments and Question Banks
Examination questions, practice tests, coding challenges, and question banks are confidential and protected. Sharing exam content is a serious violation that may result in legal action.
3.4 Software and Code
All software, code libraries, APIs, and interactive tools provided through the Platform are protected by copyright and, where applicable, patent law.
3.5 Branding and Design
The Nyson Learning Academy name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, and visual design are protected under trademark law. Use of these elements requires prior written consent.
4. Teacher and Instructor Content
All content created by teachers, instructors, mentors, and evaluators on or for the Platform is subject to the following:
- The Company retains ownership of all educational content created for use on the Platform
- Teachers assign intellectual property rights to the Company as part of the Instructor Agreement
- Teachers may not reuse, republish, or distribute content created for the Platform without Company consent
- The Company may modify, adapt, or improve teacher-created content at its discretion
5. Copyright Complaint Process
If you believe your copyright has been infringed on the Platform, submit a complaint to our designated Copyright Agent with:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The URL or location of the infringing content on the Platform
- Your contact information (name, email, phone number)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature

6. Takedown Procedures
Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours
- Investigate the claim and identify the allegedly infringing content
- Remove or disable access to the content if the complaint is valid
- Notify the user who posted the content of the takedown
- Maintain records of all takedown actions
7. Counter-Notification
If your content was taken down and you believe it was done in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Identification of the content that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of Indian courts
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will review counter-notifications and may restore the content if the complaint is not substantiated within 10–14 business days.
